Average main course: $20The most storied dining room in the Chicago area may have changed names a few years ago (when restaurateur Henry Adaniya left, he took the name “Trio” with him). But the room that gave Chicago Shawn McClain and Grant Achatz is still putting out great food. Contemporary American is the gist of what is served here, but new chef Andy Motto interjects French and East Asian elements into the mix as well.
