After shuttering Sushi Wabi, owners Angela Lee (De Cero, Grange Hall) and Susan Thompson (Mana Food Bar) opened this similar concept across the street. Wan sushi rolls and clumsy nigiri do not a destination make, but a sleek vibe, thoughtful decor touches (two-person sushi-bar stools are a step forward for date nights everywhere) and a prime Randolph Street location are all it took to make this place a scene.
