For nearly two decades this French-leaning café and bakery has been a reliable morning pit stop for students and teachers grabbing croissants on the go, as well as a preferred baker when special occasions call for cake. Chocolate cake layered with airy chocolate mousse and slicked with chocolate ganache are popular, as is the flaky pain au chocolat. For something of more substance, try a slice of quiche or perfectly toasted croque-monsieur.
