Tapas are supposed to be simple, but the bites at this small-plates joint (the sister restaurant to Naperville's Meson Sabika) go one step further: They’re easy. And that’s not necessarily a great thing. Because while the Spanish tortilla is hearty and the scallops are fine, the rest of the food is either over-seasoned, oddly-seasoned or under-seasoned—which leaves us under-impressed.
