Like Myopic Books, if you walk into this butcher shop with a definite idea of what you want, you're setting yourself up for disappointment. Instead, let chef-turned-butcher Rob Levitt (formerly of Mado) guide you through the case. He'll hand you (and the steady stream of hipster meat-eaters around you) sausages to smell, convince you that lamb-liver mousse isn't as funky as you think and talk you through cuts of beef. Chances are you'll leave with something unusual and exciting
