Spring fragrances
Time Out Chicago’s food critics get a whiff of four spring scents.
Published: April 20, 2011

The press release says
Notes of mandarin, lily, rose, musk and white wood combine to create a delicate, feminine scent in L’Eau d’Issey Florale. $89 at Saks Fifth Avenue (700 N Michigan Ave, 312-944-6500).
David Tamarkin says
Flowers, flowers, flowers, roses, bouquets, flower shops, generic flower smell, violets, tulips, yadda, yadda, yadda. Also, the smell of impending headaches.
Julia Kramer says
This has a sort of stale berry aroma, a little mossy and woodsy. There’s something a little noxious about this, like the smell of chlorine.
