Circa Modern opens in Ukrainian Village
A midcentury modern furniture shop opens in Ukrainian Village.
Published: March 22, 2012

Circa Modern Trends come and go, but midcentury modern furniture is here to stay. That’s a good thing for Jared Peterson and Don Schmaltz, who joined forces to open this Ukrainian Village storefront selling their refurbished midcentury Italian, American and Scandinavian furniture as well as designed objects and home accessories (pottery, glass, you name it). Nab your Eames chair and Noguchi table Saturday 31 at the shop’s grand opening (noon–9pm). 1114 N Ashland Ave (773-697-9239, circamodern.com).
