Store window displays in Andersonville
This home design ’hood doesn’t disappoint when it comes to its storefront displays.

Brimfield(5219 N Clark St, 773-271-3501) It always feels like fall in the shop that worships all things plaid. And since the season is right around the corner, we’re starting to think about wearing flannel and cozying up under a Brimfield blanket. We’d break the window for Those pennant pillows. They’re perfect for back-to-school season and would look cool in an old-school dorm room.
Haymaker Shop(5507 N Clark St, 773-681-0798) This year-old shop is a favorite because almost everything for sale is made in or not too far from Chicago. We’d break the window for We’ll take that New Breed Furniture Network desk, please. And everything else around it.
The Red Balloon Co.(5407 N Clark St, 773-989-8500) This shop opened as a children’s furniture store but has since expanded its focus to clothing for ages newborn to ten. It also has a location in Bucktown. We’d break the window for We’ve been on board with the nautical trend all summer, so we’re loving the theme here. Do they have these in adult sizes?
Scout(5221 N Clark St, 773-275-5700) Even though it’s one of the original antique shops in the ’hood, this store doesn’t show its age. The simple yet sophisticated merch in the shop is timeless. We’d break the window for We’re always on the lookout for a fantastic pop of color, and those green lamps would do the trick.

White Attic(5225 N Clark St, 773-907-9800) In addition to offering a fab selection of antiques, White Attic is also known for its extensive Lamp Bar, where you can custom-order the lamp of your dreams. We’d break the window for The dresser is perfectly mod and would fit right in with other midcentury bedroom furniture.
