Milk Handmade
In a neighborhood full of home-decor and furniture shops, Milk Handmade is doing its part to round out the options. The store, which owner Hallie Borden opened in Andersonville in May, features handmade women’s clothing and accessories with only a few home-decor items. And just because everything here is homespun doesn’t mean it’s all too cutesy. See: cotton circle skirts and dresses by Squasht, equestrian necklaces by Michelle Starbuck Designs and chambray dresses from Kay.Em.Kay. 5137 N Clark St (847-833-6309).—Kevin Aeh
