Chicago street style: Isaac Bloom
23-year-old Chicagoan Isaac Bloom says his look is somewhere between the hipster revolution and a comfortable Gap look.
Tell us about what you’re wearing today.
I’m wearing a jacket from Una Mae’s. I really like it because it’s a warm down coat, but it’s actually a style from the ’70s that’s been remade for the current year. I really like the old, kind of comfortable fit. I’m also wearing rubber boots because it’s wet and cold out, and Levi’s corduroys.
How do you describe your style?
I think I’m somewhere in between this whole hipster revolution and a comfortable Gap look. I’m still in the thrift store phase of my life, but starting to buy things that are comfortable and look good.
