Jolt of motivation Open-house gym parties
Even if you aren’t a Crunch member, chances are you can find a friend, colleague or stranger lingering outside with a gym bag to get you into the free Tuesday-night DJ parties. Members can bring as many nonmember guests as they like to work out to dance beats blasted throughout the gym. Tuesdays 6–9pm.
