Spa at Four Seasons Chicago (120 E Delaware Pl, 312-280-8800, fourseasons.com)
The treatment Pumpkin spice manicure and pedicure
This treatment features an exfoliating pumpkin and spice scrub using a hydrating massage (packed with caffeinated green-bean extracts, grape-seed oil and vitamin B5) on your hands and feet, as well as a yummy-smelling pumpkin spice butter cream. (It’ll make you crave a slice of pumpkin pie, stat) You’ll relax the whole time with a lavender-scented neck pillow around your shoulders.
Available through December. Manicure, $45; pedicure, $70.

Halo [for men] (21 W Elm St, 312-642-4256, halochicago.com)
The treatments Pumpkin facial, brown sugar–infused manicure and pedicure combo, cinnamon and nutmeg aromatherapy massages and apple-spice shaves
Yep, it’s practically a Turkey Day dessert buffet at this men’s only spa/salon in the Gold Coast. Each service sounds delicious, but we’re leaning toward the cinnamon and nutmeg aromatherapy add-on, which is available with hot-stone massages. Plus, all of these special treatments include a gratis hot toddy cocktail.
Available through December 5. Each treatment, $25.

Lincoln Park Massage (630 W Webster Ave, 773-296-6300, lincolnparkmassage.com)
The treatment Pumpkin aromatherapy
What’s better than the feeling of two strong hands melting away your knots, aches and pains? Breathing in the deliciously calming smell of 100-percent organic pumpkin-spice massage oil while two strong hands melt away your knots, aches and pains. This autumn-inspired aromatherapy add-on is free when you request it with any massage this month (usually $5).
Available through December. Massages start at $45.

The Skin Wellness Center of Chicago (111 N Wabash Ave, #1116; 312-236-9950, skinwellnesscenter.org)
The treatment Cranberry facial peel
Loop workers in need of a lunchtime pick-me-up, look no further. This 35-minute mini facial cleanses and then smooths away dry and dull skin cells with a deliciously tingly and cranberry-scented exfoliation mask. The quickie service finishes with a calming moisturizing lotion (an in-house formulation) to leave your skin smooth and glowy.
Available Tuesday 1–January 15. $60.

The Spa at Trump (401 N Wabash Ave, 312-588-8020, trumpchicagohotel.com)
The treatment Sugar-cookie body exfoliation
The Spa at Trump’s signature body scrub and body-butter treatment gets a sweet twist with this sugar-cookie edition: It’s performed under the luxurious Vichy shower. And as if that’s not enough, all guests receive a signature gift so they can continue the experience at home.
Available through December. $150.

theSpa at theWit (201 N State St, 312-239-9402, thewithotel.com)
The treatment Fruit pulp and spice purifying facial
This skin-smoothing, 50-minute facial uses the natural acids of apples and grapes to remove dry, dead skin and clear clogged pores. Anti-aging herbs and spices amp up blood flow to the skin, while detoxifying and promoting cellular renewal. As you bask in your post-treatment glow, sip a cup of hot apple cider. Ahh.
Available through December. $130.
