For wanna-be dancers
Women swear by the sculpting, slimming effects of the Bar Method, even if it initially conjures mortifying childhood memories of ballet class. Sign up for the Pre-Wedding Workout, six months of unlimited Bar Method classes for $150 per month (normally $190–$225 for monthly unlimited), and see how the long and lean look suits you. You can even bring in your gaggle of girls for a private bachelorette party before you paint the town pink. The offer applies to both Bar Method studios in the city, but you must show proof that you’re getting married (bring paperwork that indicates the date of your wedding). 180 N Wacker Dr (312-332-9150, barmethod.com); 3144 N Sheffield Ave (773-935-2150).

For gym rats
David Barton Gym made a name for itself with its “look better naked” campaign, so whipping you into wedding-dress shape should be a piece of cake for these trainers. In addition to 25 private training sessions and nutritional coaching, the Shredding for the Wedding program ($2,500) gives you access to two months of killer classes targeting every inch of your body. 600 W Chicago Ave (312-836-9127, davidbartongym.com).

For Zen-seeking brides
Who doesn’t want to get on the fast track to tightening their core and toning their bod for their wedding day, or any day, for that matter? Helios Center for Movement’s six-week-long B.R.I.D.E. program ($350) of thrice-weekly Pilates classes covers everything from upper-body strengthening to posture improvement to stress reduction using the barre, mat and towels. The Fletcher Pilates method focuses on learning to inhale and exhale with the rhythm of your movement…a practice that could come in handy while walking down the aisle on the big day. 2258 W Belmont Ave (773-248-0920, heliosmovement.com).

For ladies who love pampering
Exhale’s Six-Week Core Evolution ($1,200 for nonmembers, $750 for members) doesn’t claim to be a bridal regimen, but it fits the bill as far as short and sweet body-sculpting programs go: It covers everything from working your way to a six-pack to 25 percent off spa services to weekly 60-minute nutrition sessions. And, of course, the bread and butter of the program: unlimited access to body-transforming classes such as Core Fusion and vinyasa flow. 945 N State St (312-753-6500, exhalespa.com).
