Stretch. Breathe. Sweat. Strengthen. Flow. Tone. That sums up every hour-long class at CorePower Yoga. I discovered CorePower in 2011 and was immediately attracted to the challenging, fast-paced flows in which you connect one breath with one movement. CorePower is the first form of exercise that’s ever created a noticeable change in my physique, toning my back, shoulders, arms, legs and core. Then there’s the heat—warm and slightly humid—that feels like a Cabo retreat, especially this time of year. CorePower created such a change in my body and mind, in fact, that I was inspired to sign up for teacher training there and now lead two to five classes each week.—Paige Greenfield
