Tattoo culture has spread well beyond the body—ink art is on shoes, motorcycles, energy drinks and obviously T-shirts. For those who can't get enough and like their tattoo exhibitions mixed with live sets from gritty, party-hearty DJs/rappers like Cutty Boi and Na Palm—InkFest Live was the place to be this past weekend in Rosemont. For those ready to commit to a new piece, it was a chance to even be permanently transformed with an on-the-spot tattoo.
