THAW party at DANK Haus | Photos

Maybe you, too, saw it advertised inside CTA buses and wondered what the THAW party/fundraiser was going to be like. Me, too, so I sent a photographer to capture the action. Looks like we missed an awesome party. Held at German culture center/event space DANK Haus, the party, billed as "THAW: A Night of Hot Ballyhoo," was Links Hall's annual benefit gala. It featured dancers of both the pointe and fan variety, as well as roller-skating servers, roaming performances and an open bar. Links Hall is an independent dance and performance space.
It's okay to be a show-off.
