Vegas 9-10pm, CBS. Based on real characters, this new drama follows Las Vegas rancher Ralph Lamb (Dennis Quaid), who becomes sheriff. He deals with burgeoning mob action from the likes of gangster Vincent Savino (Michael Chiklis).
