If you're running the 2013 Bank of America Chicago Marathon on Sunday, you're going to want to carbo load the night before. A good number of Chicago restaurants are dishing up big servings of pasta that will put your boxed mac and cheese to shame. After you've finished the race, hang onto your race bib: You'll have your pick of food and beer specials. If you didn't run the race?
