Spike Lee at Barbara's Bookstore on Christmas Eve

It's been quite a year for vintage Spike Lee. Not only have the Knicks been good enough for him to treat other teams like Reggie Miller reincarnate, it's the 20th anniversary of his seminal flick Do theRight Thing. To commemorate the occasion, Ammo Books has published a gorgeous Do the Right Thing book. And Spike's headed to Barbara's Bookstore to sign copies on Christmas Eve. The book will run you $39.95, but hey, that's cheaper than a Knicks ticket, and way easier to look at. Friday 24, 4-6pm, FREE.

It's okay to be a show-off.
