TOC's Laura Baginski was on Windy City Live this morning to talk about our latest cover story on the 20 rising stars every Chicago foodie needs to know. Joining her in the kitchen was pastry chef at Bite Cafe Maggie Laleman, who put the finishing touches on her cinnamon and brown sugar panna cotta. Maggie was nominated by Jason Hammel of Lula Cafe and Nightwood, and called her "one of the great untapped pastry talents around town."
