On April 8, Time Out Chicago readers shed their winter clothes (at least for the night) at Spruce up for Spring at Jbar. In celebration of Time Out Chicago’s Spring Fashion Issue, guests enjoyed complimentary cocktails and light appetizers from Jbar, hand treatments from Fresh, mini massages from Kiva and Benefit makeup applications.
