Kelli Zink Like many of the stars she covers as anchor of the Chicago-based entertainment news site CelebTV.com, Zink is no stranger to living her life on camera. As a 21-year-old, she was victorious on the ESPN reality show Beg, Borrow & Deal. She won two tickets to four championship events after completing ten sports-related challenges, including golfing a hole with a pre-shamed Tiger Woods, biking a mile with Lance Armstrong and having a team’s logo inked somewhere on her body. The former Michigan State University cheerleader got the Spartan S on the bottom of her foot, a tat that has since faded. The Gold Coaster went under the gun a second time during Lollapalooza 2010 while filming a segment on all the free shit the fest’s artists and VIPs were getting at the Hard Rock Hotel: clothes, massages, music gear. South Loop tattoo shop Code of Conduct was inking free of charge, so Zink asked for the atomic symbol and number for zinc, Zn30, on the right side of her rib cage. In the segment, even notorious wild child Ke$ha decided against getting a blue rose tattoo. Zink chalks up the on-camera courage to the copious free booze handed out: “I obviously had a few too many Vitamin Water and vodka cocktails.”
