Architecture Is Activism...Shelter

Climb aboard the bus for a roving rap session charting the architectural evolution of public housing in Chicago. Stops include the historic Julia Lathrop Homes, the Henry Horner Homes site and the Jane Addams Homes site (1322 Taylor St), which is the future location of the National Public Housing Museum. This outing, a collaboration between the museum and Chicago Architecture Foundation, includes a tour of the Jane Addams Hull-House Museum. Reps from both orgs, plus other panelists, contribute.
